Appeal to locate missing 79-year-old man in Bournemouth

Officers are carrying out searches and appealing for information to help locate a missing man in Bournemouth.

David, aged 79, was last seen in the Southcote Road area at around 3pm on Thursday 19 February 2026.

He is described as five feet four inches tall with short grey hair. He was last seen wearing glasses, blue joggers, a grey hooded jumper and slippers.

Inspector Dan Galloway, of Dorset Police, said: “David can become easily confused so we need to find him as soon as possible to make sure he is OK.

“I would ask anyone who has seen David, or a man matching the description given, to please come forward.”
