Man Jailed for More Than 14 Years After Raping Two Women and Supplying Class A Drugs
A man who raped two women and admitted supplying Class A drugs has been jailed for more than 14 years following an investigation by Dorset Police.
Nichail Jamal Sixto, 39, of Bournemouth, was sentenced at Bournemouth Crown Court on Friday 3 July 2026 after being convicted of three counts of rape and pleading guilty to separate drug supply offences.
Sixto was found guilty of the rape offences by a jury on Thursday 28 May 2026.
The first attack took place in June 2024 at a barber shop in Old Christchurch Road, Bournemouth, where Sixto worked. The victim, a woman in her 20s who was known to him, was raped despite repeatedly trying to push him away. During the attack, Sixto also attempted to film what was happening on his mobile phone.
The second incident occurred in October 2024 at the home of a woman in her 30s in Poole. Despite the victim repeatedly telling Sixto that she did not want to have sex with him, he held her down and raped her.
Following the second offence, Sixto was arrested on Sunday 27 October 2024. Detectives from BCP CID carried out a full investigation while providing ongoing support to both victims.
In addition to the rape convictions, Sixto pleaded guilty to being concerned in the supply of cocaine and heroin in Bournemouth between April and July 2023.
At sentencing, he received three years and five months’ imprisonment for the drug offences. He was also sentenced to 11 years in prison for the rape convictions, with the sentences to run consecutively, resulting in a total prison term of 14 years and five months.
Following his release, Sixto will remain on licence for a further five years in relation to the rape offences.
Detective Constable Tasha Beaufils, of BCP CID, praised the courage of the victims in coming forward.
She said: “Nichail Sixto raped two women and denied carrying out his horrific offending when interviewed.
“We were determined to hold Sixto to account for his actions and ensure we sought justice for the victims.
“We will continue to support victims of rape and sexual offences and are absolutely committed to identifying those responsible and taking robust action against them.
“Sixto was also sentenced for supplying Class A drugs, which we know has an impact on our communities and we will continue to fully investigate those involved and bring them to justice.”
